About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with experience in manufacturing processes to join our team. The successful candidate will support the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, analysis, and improvement of mechanical systems used in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing operations.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest innovative process enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and machinery.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of quality control, lean manufacturing, and process optimization is an advantage.
