Job descriptions & requirements
- Sales Driving: Meet and exceed monthly store revenue, margin, and accessory attachment targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate retail sales consultants and cashiers.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure multi-brand product displays, interactive kiosks, and pricing labels match brand guidelines.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock replenishment, prevent shrinkage, and oversee weekly stock counts.
- Customer Resolution: Handle complex customer complaints, warranty claims, and escalation issues directly.
- Compliance Management: Maintain strict showroom cleanliness, security protocols, and financial cash-up auditing.
