Job Description / Responsibilities
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent training in Automotive Mechanics/ Automotive Engineering.
- Proven practical experience as an automotive mechanic.
- Good knowledge of both diesel and petrol engines.
- Ability to diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical faults.
- Experience working on different makes and models of cars is an added advantage.
- Ability to use basic automotive diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Honest, dependable, and responsible.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid driving permit is an added advantage.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and genuinely skilled, not someone who only has theoretical knowledge. The mechanic should be able to inspect a car, identify a problem, explain what needs to be done, and carry out the repair to a high standard.
