Job descriptions & requirements

Inventory Control & Record Management

Maintain accurate, real-time records of all raw materials, hardware, edge bands, adhesives, tools, and finished goods using stock management software or logbooks.
Track inventory movements across receiving, warehouse storage, production issuance, and final dispatch.
Conduct regular physical stock counts (weekly/monthly) and reconcile physical stock with system balances to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Establish minimum reorder levels (Safety Stock) and lead-time alerts for fast-moving items (e.g., standard MDF/HDF boards, hinges, drawer channels, adhesives).
