Job summary
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This role oversees the sales team, builds strong client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures the achievement of sales targets aligned with the company’s objectives

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, especially, and has worked with a SOLAR COMPANY
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing large accounts and complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance metrics
