Job summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with key decision makers to understand what is required to add value in boosting revenue growth, exceeding customer expectations and proper device utilization. The Account Manager will also liaise with cross-functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire customer experience.
Job descriptions & requirements
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vacker features and serve as an external product/service expert, educating clients on new and existing Vacker ad solutions and advising on best practices to drive optimal performance and ground-breaking campaigns.
● Campaign execution, optimization, and analysis
● Understand and work towards campaign KPIs based on client briefs
● Budget monitoring and finance reconciliation regularly.
● Manage and grow client relationships. This includes conducting regular business reviews and taking a consultative, seller approach to increase client investments.
● Build trusted relationships with clients through world-class service, as well as identifying and proactively recommending custom solutions.
● Work closely with the Tech team to monitor and analyse campaign performance and make proactive and data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising offerings.
● Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, including Ad Ops, Product, and R&D, to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot client issues.
● Supporting ad-hoc requests from the client or agency teams.
● Work to manage custom programs/sponsorship with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time.
● Any other duty that may be assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications and or Certifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in business development, Marketing, or any related field.
● Experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, social media management, or similar areas would be an added benefit.
