Job descriptions & requirements
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Car Sales Agent based at our Kampala office.
What you will do:
- Actively sell vehicles from our portfolio - including second-hand and repossessed cars
- Proactively call and follow up with leads - no waiting for clients to come to you
- Advise clients on makes, models, engine sizes, mileage, and market value
- Assess and communicate the technical condition of each vehicle honestly
- List vehicles on platforms such as jiji.ug and manage incoming inquiries
- Conduct test drives and physical inspections with potential buyers
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and sales in our CRM
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in car sales
- Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technical basics
- Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and in person
- Proactive attitude - able to generate and follow up on own leads
- Honest, reliable, and results-driven
