Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Communication: Coordinate with the production team and keep the clients updated on the progress of their orders and deliveries
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with repeat and potential clients and handle customer concerns promptly, ensuring positive resolutions and satisfaction
• Field Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client visits (corporate clients, interior designers, hotels, offices), networking, and referrals
• Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment follow-ups and reconciliations
• Interior Design Assistance: Provide design advice, demonstrate product value, and help clients visualise how products fit into their space, potentially by creating basic floor plans or mood boards
• Market Awareness: Maintain thorough and updated knowledge of industry trends and all Samani furniture lines, finishes, and customisation options
• Marketing: Participate in company networking and marketing events an distribute promotional materials
• Order Management: Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to process orders and track deliveries ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Organisational Skills: Schedule and confirm client appointments, site visits, and design consultations and ensure follow-up communication after meetings
• Product Knowledge and Expertise: Provide detailed product information, answer questions about materials and styles, and suggest items based on customer needs
• Record Keeping: Maintain customer records and report sales activities weekly; also record customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
• Sales Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, including inquiries, quotations, conversions, and client feedback
• Sales Targets: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations tailored to client needs, negotiate, close deals, and manage sales activities to meet or exceed targets
• Sales Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently, handle payments, and provide follow-up services
• Showroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom, with well-arranged attractive displays
• Showroom Sales: Support the showroom sales executive attend to clients and recommend suitable furniture designs and pieces
• Social Media & Online Sales: Support digital marketing efforts by providing and sharing content (photos, client stories, testimonials) to grow our online presence, and respond to online inquiries and convert them into sales
• Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Demonstrable experience in interior design services and furniture sales
• Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage a sales pipeline
