- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and sales targets.
- Develop and manage referral channels and partnerships to generate quality leads and grow the customer base.
- Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through application processing to loan disbursement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in banking, microfinance, SACCOs, money lending, or other financial services.
- Previous experience in selling financial solutions to mass market and high-net-worth clients.
