ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Works hand in hand with the sales and marketing team to develop and deliver outstanding client presentations that support each stage of the conversation throughout the sales cycle.
● Identify and onboard new customers (retailers, salons, distributors, beauty shops).
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
● Ensure timely collection of payments and proper account management.
● Conduct field visits to monitor market activity and product performance.
● Execute route plans and maintain an updated customer database.
● Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors.
● Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and emerging trends.
● Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports to the Sales Director.
● Travel within the assigned territory to grow market coverage and visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
● Must have a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG and cosmetics or beauty company.
● Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (Diploma accepted with solid experience).
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
● Skilled in field sales, retail distribution, and account management.
● Experienced in both modern and general trade channels (supermarkets, salons, and retailers).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools.
● Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
● Well-groomed, confident, and able to represent a premium beauty brand professionally.
● Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.
● Fluent in English and local languages.
● Flexible working during promotions, activations, and weekend events
