Sales Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prospect, identify, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and manage relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact. They communicate the benefits of products or services to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.
  • Lead Generation; He / She should identify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Effective prospecting is crucial for successful sales conversions.
  • Product presentation; Sales representatives will also demonstrate products or services, often through presentations or product demos, highlighting unique selling points to persuade customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records

Marketing Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field).
  • Manage social media platforms, content creation, and online engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Organize and support marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

Personal Specification
Education & Certifications:
  • A certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course, preferably Business Administration, from a reputable University.

Essential Knowledge and Experience
  • Fresh graduate or with some experience in banking.
  • Should be fluent in the commonly used local languages and ready to work in any of our branches.
  • Should be aged between 20 – 45 years of age.
