Job summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling company loan products and services, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue for the business. He / She will ensure adherence to set policies and procedures to support the growth of the company's portfolio through quality growth.

- A certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course, preferably Business Administration, from a reputable University.
- Fresh graduate or with some experience in banking.
- Should be fluent in the commonly used local languages and ready to work in any of our branches.
- Should be aged between 20 – 45 years of age.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and understanding their needs. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
