SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the valves, pipes, fittings, or industrial products sector.
• Proven experience in customer development, sales, and business expansion.
• Candidates should be able to provide actual sales performance records or demonstrate a proven sales track record.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to independently develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Willing to conduct field sales and customer visits.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and able to follow company rules and procedures.
• Candidates familiar with the local market and with existing customer resources are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Commission

Probation period: 2–3 months

Salary: Basic salary + commission

Commission is calculated and paid based on both the collection time and the amount collected.

For example, if monthly sales reach UGX 20 million and the customer makes full payment, the commission may be approximately UGX 400,000, depending on the applicable commission terms.

Since valves, pipes, fittings, and other industrial products generally have relatively high order values, we are particularly looking for candidates with relevant sales experience and the ability to develop customers and close sales.
