Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit retail shops, supermarkets, kiosks, and other outlets across Kampala to market and sell bottled water.
  • Identify and onboard new customers to expand the company’s distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Take customer orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
  • Promote company products and communicate ongoing offers.
  • Collect market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Follow up on customer payments where necessary.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.


Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of (UCE), (UACE), or a certificate in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, distribution, or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Luganda.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to ride a tuk-tuk (three-wheeler) is highly desirable.
  • Valid driving permit is an added advantage.
