About the Company
We are a company specializing in industrial valves, piping products, and related solutions, serving customers across Uganda. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market and customer base.

Job Description

• Develop new customers and expand business opportunities through active market visits and customer outreach.
  
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  
• Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable valves, piping products, and related solutions.
  
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  
• Regularly report market developments, customer feedback, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in valves, piping, industrial products, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in market development and new customer acquisition.
  
• B2B sales experience is preferred.
  
• Must be able to demonstrate measurable sales performance from previous positions, such as sales revenue, major customers developed, or sales targets achieved.
  
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for customer visits and market development.
  
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
