Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive the growth of our loan management software. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, and closing sales with financial institutions, SACCOs, money lenders, and other businesses.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our loan management software, HighLend. The ideal candidate should have experience selling technology products or software solutions and be comfortable engaging financial institutions, SACCOs, money lenders, and microfinance organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up on prospects and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology, software, SaaS, or IT sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals independently.
- Experience selling to financial institutions, SACCOs, or businesses is an added advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
