Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and qualify new potential clients or institutional buyers to expand market reach.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas established by management.
Client Management: Conduct on-site or virtual visits to understand client needs, deliver tailored product presentations, and negotiate pricing.
After-Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction and client retention.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, product trends, and regional market demand.
Reporting: Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and complaints.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Certificate, Diploma in any discipline.
Experience: Entry-level
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
