Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Kampala. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting business planning and supporting business development initiatives. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting service offerings, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Marketing professional will also assist in creating marketing materials, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and improve outreach strategies. The position requires proactive follow-up, accurate reporting of activities, and adherence to company values and policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and support achievement of sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support client education and internal knowledge sharing on products and services.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of marketing principles, including advertising, promotion, and brand awareness.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Candidates should have good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client interactions and tasks.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
