Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to drive product sales, grow the customer base, and increase market presence for our beverage products in Jinja and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company’s beverage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Conduct market visits to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product activations.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and feedback.
- Monitor product availability and visibility in the market.
- Work closely with the production and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Jinja market and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
- Must be proactive, results-oriented, and willing to conduct regular field visits.
