Sales & Marketing Executive
Job summary
1. Identify, pitch, and close new B2B accounts 2. Manage and grow existing customer relationships for repeat and bulk orders 3. Meet sales targets through field visits, client meetings, and negotiations 4. Coordinate with production/logistics to ensure reliable delivery 5. Track market and competitor trends to inform sales strategy
Job descriptions & requirements
1. 4–5 years of sales experience in Uganda, ideally in the FMCG, packaging, or food-service trade sales
2. Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
3. Existing network in HORECA, hospitality, or retail distribution is a plus
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Comfortable with regular fieldwork; valid driving permit preferred
6. Degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
