Job summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. - Monitor budgets and ensure efficient utilization of sales resources.
- Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Provide market feedback to support product development and innovation.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation within the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
