This is a commercial leadership role for someone who can drive growth, strengthen regional operations, and turn strategy into measurable results.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth,supporting regional expansion, building strong client and stakeholder relationships,and ensuring commercial activities are aligned with the organisation’s priorities.
You will work closely with teams across technology, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure sales strategies are not only ambitious, but practical, profitable, and operationally sound.
This role is ideal for someone who understands sales leadership, regional market dynamics, client relationship management, and the discipline required to build sustainable commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Driving Commercial Growth
● Develop and implement commercial strategies that support company goals and accelerate business growth.
● Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and regional market insights.
● Design and implement sales and customer acquisition strategies that expand the company’s reach.
● Monitor commercial performance using key metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
● Support financial target setting, budget development, and performancetracking.
Leading Regional Expansion
● Execute Securex’s regional expansion strategy with a focus on sustainable growth.
● Set up, support, and closely monitor regional operations to drive operational excellence.
● Understand local market trends, risks, and opportunities to shape practical business plans.
● Ensure regional sales activities are aligned with the broader commercial direction of the organisation.
● Work with internal teams to remove barriers and improve execution across regions.
Building Strong Client and Stakeholder Relationships
● Manage existing client relationships by understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met.
● Establish and maintain long-term, profitable partnerships with keystakeholders.
● Act as a trusted commercial representative of the business in client and partner engagements.
● Strengthen customer retention through consistent service, responsiveness, and relationship management.
● Use client feedback and market intelligence to improve sales approaches and service delivery.
Improving Performance and Operational Discipline
● Track sales performance, market activity, and commercial outcomes against agreed targets.
● Promote process improvement across sales and regional operations.
● Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, and technology teams to improve profitability.
● Help build clear sales standards and ensure consistent execution across teams.
● Use data and business insights to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Leading People and Teams
● Foster teamwork across departments and within the sales function.

Your Strong Foundation
Experience
You may be a strong fit if you have:
● At least eight years of experience in sales, business development, commercial management, or a related field.
● At least four years in a management position within mainstream sales.
● Experience developing and implementing commercial or sales strategies.
● A strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and changing business environments.
● Experience managing client relationships, sales teams, regional operations, or commercial growth initiatives.
Or you may not have held the exact title of Sales Manager, but you have operated in high-stakes, high-velocity commercial environments where growth, execution, and stakeholder management were critical.
Education and Qualifications
You should bring:
● A degree in Business Administration, Business Commerce, International Business, or another relevant field from a recognised institution.
● A professional qualification such as a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
● A Master’s in Business Administration would be an added advantage.
Execution and Commercial Skills
You are expected to bring strength in:
● Developing sales standards and improving commercial processes.
● Managing profitability and understanding the financial impact of sales activity.
● Interpreting performance data, market trends, and business intelligence.
● Building practical business plans around expansion, growth, and customer acquisition.

You should be able to:
