Luxor Foods is a fast-growing instant noodles company committed to providing affordable, high-quality meals to Ugandan households. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of driving sales growth in the Kikuubo market.
Position: Sales Manager
Work Type: Full-Time
Workplace: Kikuubo, Kampala
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily sales operations in Kikuubo and surrounding areas
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review
- Ensure proper stock handling and timely order fulfilment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: UGX 700,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: UGX 300,000 per month
