Job summary
We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for a fresh graduate looking to kickstart a career in sales and asset financing. Your primary mission will be to identify potential clients, explain our loan products, and guide them through the journey of motorcycle ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively scout for potential boda boda riders and entrepreneurs interested in asset financing within assigned territories.
Customer Education: Clearly explain Veyndii’s loan structures, interest rates, repayment schedules, and the benefits of our credit products to prospective clients.
Client Assessment: Conduct initial vetting and interviews with applicants to ensure they meet the company’s basic eligibility criteria for a motorcycle loan.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local boda boda stages, leaders, and community influencers to create a steady pipeline of referrals.
Sales Conversion: Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring all required paperwork is accurate and submitted for credit approval.
Market Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on field activities, customer feedback, and competitor trends to the sales manager.
Required Skills & Competencies
Persuasion & Negotiation: The ability to influence decisions and close deals effectively in a competitive market.
Effective Communication: Fluent in English and at least one local language (Luganda or other regional languages) to interact comfortably with our target demographic.
Resilience & Fieldwork Stamina: Comfortable working "on the ground" and moving between different locations to meet clients where they are.
Basic Financial Literacy: Understanding of interest rates, loan terms, and basic calculations to provide transparent information to clients.
Relationship Building: A "people person" who can quickly establish trust with riders and local community stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to organize a daily schedule independently and hit set sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of sales or field marketing experience (this can include internships or volunteer work).
