A Leading manufacturing company needs a candidate who will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market penetration, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will identifying new business opportunities while ensuring excellent service
Job descriptions & requirements
• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company sales objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers into long-term business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and repeat business.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads into successful business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales within approved company guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising across assigned outlets.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments within agreed credit terms.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
