Peritum Motors is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kampala. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and converting leads into vehicle sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role combines both inbound and outbound sales. You will respond to customer inquiries from various channels while also proactively generating new business through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, networking, and other sales initiatives. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling objections, persistence, and a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and convert inbound sales inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, social media, website, and walk-in customers.
• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and relationship management.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Prepare quotations and explain the vehicle import process, pricing, and timelines.
• Negotiate professionally and close vehicle sales while maintaining company profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and activity targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each sale.
• Stay informed about vehicle specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings.


Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls and following up consistently.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good computer skills and experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
• Experience in automotive, banking, insurance, real estate, or other high-value sales industries is highly preferred.
