We are looking for experienced Sales Executives with a strong background in selling software/IT solutions and services. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, emails, and social media.

• Present and demonstrate Nugsoft software solutions to decision-makers.

• Tailor proposals and presentations to client needs.

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, IT, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience selling software/IT solutions (B2B preferred).

• Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident presenter with good facilitation and demo skills.

• Very comfortable using software systems, CRMs, and online tools
