Job summary

We are seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Agent (Part-Time) responsible for generating leads and closing revenue-generating deals across our Guest House, Bakery, and Bar departments. This is a performance-based opportunity suited for individuals who are confident in field sales, networking, and closing contracts.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Najjera and surrounding areas
  • Secure bookings for:
  • Events (birthdays, meetings, private parties)
  • Guest house partnerships
  • Corporate and institutional contracts
  • Bulk bakery supply agreements
  • Conduct field marketing and relationship building
  • Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines
  • Close deals and ensure deposit payments are secured
  • Maintain a simple weekly sales activity report


Performance Expectations

  • Generate consistent monthly revenue through confirmed and paid bookings
  • Actively prospect and meet potential clients weekly
  • Meet agreed monthly revenue targets


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (hospitality experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Existing network in Najjera, Kira, Ntinda, Kyaliwajjala or nearby areas is an added advantage


Compensation

  • UGX 150,000 monthly retainer (to support airtime and transport)
  • 10% commission on total revenue generated per confirmed sale
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance


This is a part-time, commission-driven role ideal for entrepreneurial individuals seeking flexible income opportunities.
