Our client is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their expanding FMCG team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving volume, managing distribution channels, and ensuring products are dominant in the marketplace. You will be building relationships with retailers and wholesalers to hit ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new retail and wholesale outlets within assigned territories.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure brand loyalty and consistent ordering.
• Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, priced correctly, and stock levels are optimized (First-In, First-Out).
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales volume and revenue KPIs.
• Reporting: Provide daily and weekly field reports on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience specifically within the FMCG sector.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving permit.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with handheld sales devices or CRM software is a plus.
Gross Salary Ugx 1,300,000 with Commission
