Sales Agent - Security Systems
Job summary
As a Sales Agent you will be responsible for generating new business, promoting security solutions, and building long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients. The role focuses on understanding customer security needs and recommending appropriate security System solutions such as CCTV, Access Control and integrated Security.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site visits to assess security risks and recommend suitable intruder alarm solutions
- Present and demonstrate alarm systems, including sensors, control panels, and monitoring services
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and upgrades
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies
