Lumina Solar is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven professional to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's solar energy products, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Promoting and selling Lumina Solar's range of solar energy products, including lithium batteries, solar panels, hybrid inverters, power stations, and complete solar systems.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the company's customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understanding customer energy requirements and recommending suitable solar solutions.
Preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Representing the company during client visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Providing excellent after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and submitting regular sales activity reports.
- Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and installation.
