Regional Sales Manager
Job summary
We seek a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our motorcycle and spare parts market share. You will oversee branch operations, lead a diverse sales team, and expand our B2B dealer and mechanic network. Your primary focus is achieving monthly vehicle units and parts sales targets through aggressive regional field execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and hit strict monthly sales quotas for both motorcycle units (boda bodas) and wholesale/retail spare parts packages.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of company showrooms and distribution centers within the region, ensuring maximum stock turnover.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key commercial partners, including spare parts wholesalers, local dealerships, and major boda boda associations/cooperatives.
- Lead, mentor, and track the daily field activities of Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and Spare Parts Specialists.
- Track competitor activity, local pricing trends, and product demands (e.g., fast-moving parts) to provide actionable feedback to production and procurement teams.
- Implement local community outreach programs, mechanics' workshops, and brand loyalty campaigns to drive the adoption of genuine parts.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly regional sales, inventory levels, and revenue performance reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience, explicitly within the automotive, motorcycle, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or industrial spare parts distribution industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple retail outlets, distribution networks, or field-sales teams.
