Property Manager

• Property Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet safety and health standards. Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
•  Prepare and manage property budgets. Track income and expenses for each property and ensure financial performance aligns with targets. Review financial statements and reports, and work with accounting teams for billing and payment processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas needing attention. Ensure compliance with property regulations and address maintenance or safety issues as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to market properties for lease. Utilize online platforms, social media, and traditional methods to attract potential tenants.
• Maintain detailed records of property activities, including, maintenance logs, tenant communications, and financial reports. Provide regular updates to property owners and senior management on the status of properties.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Atleast 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related real estate role.
• Ability to address and resolve tenant issues, property maintenance concerns, and financial challenges effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
