The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality products, timely delivery, and cost-effective use of resources.

- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Manage the use of raw materials, machinery, and workforce efficiently.
- Work closely with the Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to support smooth operations.
- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead, supervise, and support the production and operations team.
- Prepare regular operational and production reports for management.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Results-oriented and proactive.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with strong leadership skills.
