- Direct accounting, budgeting, grant management and compliance while building internal controls to protect the organisation's assets.
- Manage operations and procurement performance to keep programs running efficiently and resources well managed.
- Serve as a team leader, running staff performance reviews, tracking program impact and mentoring the administrative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with CPA qualification.
- At least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience with more than 3 years in a senior management role.
- Deep knowledge in fund accounting, tax filing, QuickBooks, financial reporting, writing and compliance.
