KITCHEN STAFF
The kitchen is small, efficient, and open to the floor. Kitchen staff will assist with prep duties, line cooking, and dishwashing. We'll be sourcing local ingredients as much as we can, so items will change as our ingredients shift with the seasons. Flexibility, creativity, curiosity, and an eye for detail are essential.
Required Skillset

• Food Safe Certification
• Run the line and present food as per the recipes
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area (we are in view of our guests)
• Strong understanding of portion control
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Able to work weekends
  

Hours & Compensation
Full-time position: 40 hours a week, Wednesday to Sunday

• Starting at $20-$23/hr based on experience
• Full suite of Hoyne Brewing Company Extended Benefits
  

Part-time position: ~20 hours a week, Wednesday to Sunday (evenings)

• Starting at $20-$23/hr based on experience
• Hoyne Brewing Company Extended Benefits package to be discussed
