About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the Swangz Creative Academy like an independent, high-growth business unit. You will own the numbers, driving aggressive student enrollment, expanding our course offerings, forging strategic institutional partnerships, and maintaining a solid operational baseline.
What You'll Do
- Revenue Generation & Enrollment Growth: Own top-line targets, driving student recruitment strategies, tuition pipelines, and sales growth.
- Product Innovation & Course Expansion: Evolve our offerings beyond current masterclasses. Develop, revise, and roll out new short courses, corporate workshops, and specialized training products.
- Institutional Partnerships & Networking: Build and nurture high-level relationships with schools, media entities, NGOs, corporate sponsors, and industry bodies to secure steady student feeds and sponsored intakes.
- Faculty & Tutor Leadership: Liaise with current tutors, scout and onboard new expert industry talent, and maintain standard-setting instruction quality.
- Operational & Administrative Excellence: Oversee daily Academy workflows, course scheduling, student tracking, and facilities.
- Financial Oversight & P&L: Manage program budgets, track tuition collections, negotiate tutor compensation, and optimize operational margins.

- A Commercial Engine: Target-driven with sharp business acumen, a knack for closing enrollment deals, and a strong revenue mindset.
- A Creative Product Strategist: Constantly asking "What's next?" to conceptualize fresh, competitive, and industry-relevant educational offerings.
- An Operational Mastermind: Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep admin workflows, schedules, and logistics running smoothly.
Experience and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Track Record: Proven experience in revenue generation, business development, sales leadership, or running a commercial training unit/academy.
- Core Competencies: Strong networking and deal-closing skills, course/program development experience, budget tracking, and team coordination.
