DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team to achieve targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT
1. Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 7–10 years of corporate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
