FUEL STATION MINI MART/SHOP SUPERVISOR

Location: Kansanga, Kampala

We are looking for an experienced Mini Mart/Shop Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shop operations and staff
• Drive sales through effective merchandising and product placement
• Maintain accurate pricing, stock levels and FIFO stock rotation
• Monitor fast-moving products and prevent stock-outs
• Manage suppliers, purchasing and deliveries
• Minimize stock losses, theft and expiries
• Ensure clean, attractive and well-organized displays
• Conduct daily sales & stock reconciliation
• Monitor product pricing and profitability

Requirements:
• Experience in retail, mini mart, supermarket or similar operations
• Strong stock management, sales and merchandising skills
• Good team supervision and customer service skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
