Job Description/Requirements
- Onboard and build own network of retailers
- Provide training to own network on regular bases to improve performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Understand clients’ business needs and objectives, tailor cooperation accordingly
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Resolve any issues or concerns efficiently and professionally
- Follow up on account status, activities, and performance
- Gather feedback from client and convey to internal teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements
- Observe industry trends and competitors- advise internal team on your conclusions
