Job summary

Veyndii Credit Ltd is looking for energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented Field Sales Agents to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating customer leads, engaging with boda boda riders, creating awareness about Veyndii’s motorcycle financing solutions, and building strong relationships within local communities

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit boda boda stages and assigned communities to identify potential customers.
  • Engage with riders and educate them about Veyndii motorcycle financing options.
  • Collect accurate customer information and submit quality leads for follow-up.
  • Build relationships with boda boda stage chairmen, LC leaders, mechanics, and other community influencers.
  • Conduct market research to understand rider needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify potential partnerships that can increase Veyndii’s customer reach.
  • Follow up on leads and support the customer acquisition process.
  • Submit daily field activity reports and lead generation updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, field marketing, customer engagement, or community outreach is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently approach and engage different people.
  • Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
  • Good knowledge of local communities and boda boda operations is an added advantage.
  • Must be hardworking, disciplined, and target-driven.
