Job descriptions & requirements
- Prospect and sign up new customers in markets, trading centers, boda stages, and communities
- Open new accounts daily and grow active customers
- Mobilize savings and investments
- Promote Uwezo products such as Savings, Loans, Money Transfer, and Insurance.
- Educate customers on financial discipline and wealth creation
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Participate in field campaigns and community activations
- Submit daily activity and performance reports
