Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and analyze equipment malfunctions, repair or replace, and troubleshoot faults after diagnosis
- Repair or replace parts such as Power boards, screens, batteries, and sensors with parts when required.
- Coordinate with the support department to assist with escalation of reported defects
- Keep records of all repairs and parts used in devices.
- Experience in repairing electronic devices, mainly mobiles or laptops.
- Can use tools like a multimeter or soldering iron.
- Can understand both hardware and software issues.
- Good at solving problems and careful handling of devices.
- Good communication skills when dealing with team members and customers.
