Customer Service Assistants

BEAUTY TALENT NETWORK LTD is recruiting Customer Service Assistants based in Uganda to join our growing remote customer support team. This is a 100% work-from-home position supporting customers on either UK or US client accounts.

You will communicate with customers through inbound telephone calls, live chat and email, helping with enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries through live chat and email.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with general queries.
• Resolve customer issues wherever possible and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Record customer interactions accurately on company systems.
• Follow company procedures and client-specific guidelines.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and data security.
• Meet agreed attendance, quality and customer service standards.
• Attend online training, coaching and team meetings when required.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally by telephone, email and live chat.
• Reliable and stable home internet connection. Internet connectivity checks will be completed during recruitment.
• A quiet and suitable environment for working from home.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work UK or US operating hours, depending on the client account assigned.
• Previous customer service, call centre or contact centre experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
