QUALIFICATIONS â¢Bachelorâs degree in IT/Business Applications or Business-Related Course with a bias toward IT/ Business Applications. â¢Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, Planning/Organization, and Analytical Ability. â¢Cross-functional, advanced sense of innovation, proactive and availability. â¢Less than three (03) years of Practical Experience working with/developing and deploying IT-based Business Applications. â¢Compulsory driverâs license

Roles & Responsibilities â¢Liaise with IT and Business teams to manage and ensure the smooth running of all solutions related to customer experience â¢Derive improvement schemes and works to ensure that the affiliate obtains & delivers maximum value through the tools/systems/applications. â¢Create, Provide & analyse performance reports/presentations to the business teams. â¢Analyze the Spooled reports to identify the gaps and improvements & implement corrective actions â¢Offer technical support through troubleshooting and configuration for all assigned projects during planning, deployment and maintenance. â¢Develop, ensure implementation and update of procedures governing the operation of various tools, systems, applications and project infrastructure â¢Keep track of the vendor contracts and all documentation for installation & maintenance â¢keep up-to-date Asset inventory of all equipment at the service station
