Position: Branch Supervisor

JOB DUTIES:
- Drive branch sales, loan disbursement targets, and business growth through customer recruitment and community partnerships.
- Manage credit risk by appraising loan applications, monitoring quality and overseeing delinquent account recovery.
- Supervise and coach branch staff while ensuring operational compliance, accurate reporting and safeguarding of company assets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit management, microfinance, banking, SACCO operations or loan sales.
- Strong skills in credit appraisal, loan recovery and portfolio management.
