Keredo Stores is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee operations across our three branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff supervision, operational efficiency, business performance, compliance, and supporting the growth of the business.

Location: Kampala (Overseeing Kasangati, Kyaliwajjala & Nakasero Branches)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff across all branches.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, conduct, and welfare.
- Review branch sales, reports, and operational performance.
- Conduct regular branch visits and ensure operational standards are maintained.
- Review CCTV footage to monitor compliance, attendance, and service quality.
- Coordinate branch purchases and operational requirements.
- Conduct market research and prepare growth recommendations.
- Represent the General Manager in meetings when required.
- Ensure all branches maintain excellent customer service and workplace standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, administration, supervision, or branch management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good report writing and computer skills.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and travel regularly between branches.
