Job summary
The Branch Managers will be responsible for overseeing Uwezo's branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Overall Objective: To drive branch performance in alignment with Uwezo’s strategic goals.
Job descriptions & requirements
. Drive branch performance in deposits, loan issuance, and Client growth.
· Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
· Lead and mentor the branch staff to achieve performance targets.
· Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
· Manage branch risk, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
· Develop and implement local marketing strategies to grow Uwezo’s presence.
· Monitor branch financial performance and recommend improvements.
· Facilitate loan approvals and collections to maintain a healthy portfolio.
· Prepare reports on branch performance for senior management.
