- Manage the showroom front desk, welcome walk-in clients, and coordinate design consultation bookings.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments while maintaining accurate stock and petty cash records.
- Liaise between clients, designers, suppliers, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in an admin or customer-service role (retail experience is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office); presentable, personable, and customer-focused.
