2) REPORTS TO: SECURITY MANAGER
YOUR MAIN FUNCTION WILL BE:
1. Manage security, maintaining and enforcing security measures.
2. Identifying and addressing potential risks.
3. To oversee daily security operations to ensure a secure environment.
4. To collaborate with various departments to neutralize threats.
5. To provide guidance and support to the security group.
6. To ensure the overall security and well-being of the company.
7. To ensure the safety of company premises, assets, and personnel by leading the group.
8. Conduct patrols and manage all emergencies.
9. To investigate incidents and report the occurrence.
10. Train the group and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
11. To oversee daily operations to prevent losses, security breaches, and safety hazards.
12. Act as a liaison between the security team and management.
13. Prepare daily, weekly and incident reports. Report irregularities to management promptly.
14. Inspection and compliance enforcement. Conduct routine inspections of guard deployment, security posts, estate boundaries, and infrastructure.
15. Access control and visitor management. Screen and verify all visitors before granting access. Control entry and exit points, i.e., gates and factory. Also restrain or remove trespasses of unauthorized persons.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SECURITY SUPERVISOR.
1. Supervise daily security group operations and ensure efficient task completion.
2. Devise and enforce policies and procedures to safeguard the company assets.
3. Perform routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks.
4. Monitor and swiftly respond.
5. Train the security personnel on emergency response
6. Liaise with law enforcement institutions
7. Regular inspection of equipment’s and tools to ensure proper functioning of security
8. Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches and prepare comprehensive reports and give recommendations.
