Job summary

You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales network to drive phone loan sales. You will recruit, train, and develop Team Leaders to manage agent teams, execute B2C sales strategies, expand market reach, and ensure operational excellence.

Job descriptions & requirements

Sales Network Development

1. Design and implement a scalable sales network structure by recruiting and onboarding Team Leaders responsible for agent recruitment and performance.

2. Identify new territories and expansion opportunities to increase market penetration.

3. Develop performance standards, incentive programs, and productivity benchmarks for Team Leaders and agents.

4. Monitor network effectiveness through regular field visits, audits, and performance reviews.

5. Build retention strategies to maintain a motivated and stable sales force.


B2C Sales Strategy & Execution

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual phone loan targets.

2. Drive customer acquisition through both direct outreach and indirect sales channels.

3. Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline activity to optimize results.

4. Partner with marketing to launch targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

5. Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.


Leadership & Team Development

1. Train, coach, and mentor Team Leaders to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.

2. Establish clear reporting lines, goals, and KPIs across the sales hierarchy.

3. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, professionalism, and customer experience.

4. Provide ongoing product knowledge and sales skills training to ensure consistent messaging.


Operations & Compliance

1. Ensure adherence to company policies, lending regulations, and ethical sales practices across the network.

2. Oversee the loan application journey to improve turnaround times and approval rates.

3. Resolve escalated customer and partner issues promptly and effectively.

4. Prepare sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and executive reports for senior management
